How long will my case last?

I've had some claims that went for a few months, and I've had some cases that went for eight years, even more. It can really vary, but I think all my clients should know that the legal process can unfortunately be very slow and protracted. That's why it's so key early on to evaluate the claims very carefully and to make sure we have the evidence so that if we go all the way to trial, we'll be in a position to prevail.
