Hello I am applying gelcoat with wax on a hull, but i can't do all at ones as it cures to quickly to brush it all, how do I apply the gelcoat with wax on the overlaps? Do i need to sand it or if it still sticky I can just continue? Thank You

Hi, i just Gelcoat all the bottom of my 12 feet boat, cover it all, now can i paint it after is all dry ?....and i have a question, because marine paint( boat paint) is so expensive, can i use good oil base paint ?!!

Whenever I apply the mat an resin to gelcoat while its still tacky I sometime get a wrinkle that looks like crocodile skin when it comes out the mould what's causing this.?

How do you clean the brush? Acetone doesn't work very well.
