Марш на Дрину/March to Drina

Показать описание
The March to Drina is a Serbian patriotic march which was composed by Stanislav Binički during WW1. Binički dedicated it to his favourite commander in the Serbian Army, Col. Milivoje Stojanović, who had fought during the Battle of Cer, but was killed later in the Battle of Kolubara. The song is popular and a symbol of Serbian bravery in WW1. The batte of Cer was the first allied victory in WW1. The war broke out because of assassination of Franz Ferdinand. He was killed by Gavrilo Princip (a member of the Black Hand which was an organization that wanted to unify Serbian lands) in Sarajevo.
