Speaking as a Tea Partier, I think Bill Clinton was a very successful President with our domestic and economic needs, he worked well with the opposition as well. His biggest weakness was, indeed, foreign policy regarding terrorism. He didn't react appropriately when those events happened. However, it would be kind of unfair to say Clinton let 9/11 happen. Nobody could comprehend an attack like that back then. When that day happened, the world surely changed forever.

@DrCruel both Bush's and Clinton had thier chance to stop the asset bubble and they did not. matter of fact, both parties pushed full steam ahead even after they were warned multipul times. this man is foolish as to believe the republican party has his best interest at heart.

There's a big difference between Liberalism and Communism. Just about all the founding fathers could be described as Classical Liberals and the strain of thought has produced many ideas we consider sacred in both American and European politics.
Communism on the other hand is pretty much a secular religion.

Spending money on education does not mean he was doing right. My mother is a lifelong teacher, and we both agree that 'no child left behind' is totally counter-productive. His approach to education was to take away funds from the very people who needed it most - not to mention the fact that his legislation was entirely bubble-test-based. Anyway, it's a fallacy to think any one president makes a difference. You will find more continuity between administrations than differences.
