Our lives follow the direction of our thoughts. Not every thought that comes to mind is positive. Some thoughts are destructive if we dwell on them long enough. We need to recognize which thoughts are dragging us down and guard our hearts against them.

Victoria, as a man thinketh in his heart: Today, as I leaned in and tried to hear God; this is exactly what I heard 👂 = First I got up and started praying 🙏… learned there was an attempted murder here in Texas… I forgot it was Sunday actually. I’m embarrassed to say that. All day, I heard thoughts of going through the fire 🔥- Shadrach, Meshach and Abednigo. I was actually singing and praising and praying 🙏 without knowing it was Sunday… all day threats… I heard I was the song of the drunkards too… I had fears of a friend that recently passed away and what God is doing, I had thoughts of Abner and David and so much. I thank you for this sermon. I read the scripture about guarding our heart. Jobs, cleaning… Martha. Lazarus. Persecution. Murder. Nebuchadnezzar. I actually asked myself this. What happened. Thank you for prayer. 🙏 This happened to me today. Amen
