Hey guys! As someone who works as at a touchless car wash, yes when you pay more you get a “better” wash. What I mean by that is when you pay for the premium washes, they use more product and (at the car wash I work for) you get more rinse cycles. The additional things you get when you pay for a premium wash is wax rinse, a rainex rinse, a ceramic sealant, and 2 spot free rinses. Hope this helps! Love the vids!

I really enjoyed this video. It took me back to what the videos once were. You taking us around to enjoy the cars that you have built with a rad group of people. Don't get me wrong, I equally love the shop builds, the shop life, and the shop shenanigans, but this has such a real feel to it, so genuine and authentic and real. The upgraded car washes usually means more products not better. From when I worked at a gas station that had a car wash, they “better” option just meant it was sprayed with a soap that had a ton of oils in it so it smelled fruity longer

Hey tj … I’m sure you know but just a heads up …. I’m a certified detailer and ceramic coating specialist and just wanted to spread knowledge on touch less car washes …. They are fine in a pinch but they use very harsh chemicals that takes off most coatings leaving your car unprotected … the paints protection is its lifeline so if using car wash jus remember to put some coating on if the cars not ceramic coated … even with ppf you still want to have a coating on the car for Uv on top of helping keep “ dirt “ off the ppf .. just a heads up bc I was guilty of using those car washes once in a while but if it’s a car that’s not driven much and you forget to put some sort of protection on, u can find yourself looking at faded paint … now tjs cars are garage kept and I know he’s been to meguiars training so I’m sure he knows this but to the millions that watch him I figured I’d give them a little nugget of info, may save someone from having to learn the hard way
