Laravel docker without sail.

When I try to access the localhost:9000, I get a 403 Forbidden and when I try to access /public, I get "Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server." I already tried creating an .htaccess but still no good. All containers are up and running. Not sure why I still get the error even though I did the same steps.

Hi, thanks for the tutorial, for some reason i cant access localhost:9000, it says " this page is not working, localhost didnt send any data", is there something you can advise me?

The error above appears when I am trying to access my localhost:8000/public. How can I solve this?
