So basically he can make 24 movements in a single second in those movements or frame he needs to know the action and the distance he’ll be in those 24 movements. This ability would take a lot of training to get proficient at and the faster you go the less maneuverability you’ll have since you can’t break physics. Though I’m curious is if it’s because of the users understanding of physics or if it’s limited to actual physical laws
