Matterface's argument is that Southgate deserves his Knighthood for his services to football.. The last time i checked, THAT WAS SOUTHGATES JOB, and lets not forget that he got paid EXTREMELY WELL for doing so.. Matterface is talking like Southgate was there VOLUNTEERING for 14 years!!
Bearing in mind that the main objective of a football managers job at that level is to WIN TROPHIES, Southgate wasnt even SUCCESSFUL at his job.. I cannot believe we are rewarding this serial LOSER with a Knighthood, and I cannot believe that blind, clueless pundits and media "personalities" continue to GLAZE Southgate and a$$ lick him after everything we had to witness with his failures.
