Lugia is my favorite pokemon. I remember being fascinated with the Japanese cards as a kid because they always got them before us stateside. When I saw my first Japanese Lugia as a kid, I lost my mind. Nostalgia hit for sure!!

Ever since the pokemon movie in 2000 came out Lugia has been my favorite since. Being a 90s kid I love seeing you pull some amazing cards bringing back memories and my son 7 has been collecting for a couple years now and he loves sitting down watching the old shows with me makes me proud love the videos bud!

I really miss the feeling that getting a holographic back then meant that the card is actually super rare and hard to find. Right now the V, Vmax, Secret Rares and gold cards kind of take away the special feeling of getting holographic cards. Great opening! I enjoyed it very much and I always loved Magneton since the first time I watched the Muk episode season 1.

My favorite pokemon of all time is Infernape, due to his epicness in the pokemon anime. I really like How he proved Paul wrong in the pokemon league when Ash fought against Paul. Infernape nearly fainted, but then his blaze kicked in and he went on a rampage against Paul’s electrivire. Every time I see that fight the goosebumps hit me so hard!

I remember opening some of these packs when I was younger with my little brother. Now my daughter just got into it and we have begun playing the game together. She loves Evee. I am not sure that I really ever had a favorite but remember pulling a Holo Kaputops and being super excited because I really thought that one looked cool.
