for the question at 5:39:00 there is a very easy way to find the radius ... take a triangle forming one of the quadrant now area = 0.5 * 8 * 6, the same area is also 0.5 * 10 (hypotenuse for 8 and 6) * r, now r is 4.8

just a line instead of going for such step wise calculations

At 5:36:22 after we got AD I thougt we could take AD=diameter=2r i.e r=5 but again we solved using x. Why did we have to do that?
