Hello, my application got rejected by nsfas due to my household income being over 350 000 which is incorrect, i then planned to write an appeal, when i logged into my account my track application tab had disappeared, why is this and how can i now appeal without the tab being available?

Uhm hey when you saying we will find the motivational letter on the nsfas website what do you mean because when i go to the button that says "submit appeal" I only see were it says appeal reason and the supporting documents they want for that reason that dont show the motivational letter so what can i do

Hi...may you please help me, my Nsfas doesn't show whether my application is successful or unsecessful. But weeks ago i submited the medical report they asked for, but what confused me is that 5 days ago they said the Medica report is outstanding, but now i can't even enter the my nsfas portal to check my application progress.
