Trump needs to admit to his fan base that his medical treatment combating COVID early on was exceptional and beyond the scope of what was available to typical patients at the time. He recovered quickly because he got the special treatment from at least a dozen doctors -- something that only the heads of state receive. It's possible that others in the same hospital didn't fare as well as Trump because they didn't get the red carpet treatment or the 'good drugs.' Indeed, most patients, then and now, are treated by nurses and interns and don't see the doctor but a few minutes each day. How much doctor/patient-time do you think that Trump got? I would wager everything that I own that he had at least one senior viral specialist within shouting distance 24/7 while being treated.

although 45 goes on a bit of a tangent, he made some valid points. no one is criticizing the current administration about the pandemic "lingering on" (look at the chart). also, biden said there wouldn't be any mandates.
