You can see so many different takes on prosthetics, and hope that they can be incorporated in real life. Now we are getting some where. This is exciting.

While this is mostly true for most civilians, the potential improvement possibilities make it the ideal option for military and certain 'hard hat' jobs. How much more force and general damage could a prosthetic handle and generate than a 'real' arm, for example? Relatively cheap replacements are also a VERY useful thing for anything where limbs can suffer damage very easily, such as machining and anything involving fire. Sure, we're not there yet, but it's obviously within a few decades or less.

Guess it's nice to see that alongside the billions they spend on developing tech to blow limbs off they're spending some on working out how to replace them.
