Loves Park asks residents to keep property clean, or face code violations

The City of Loves Park is asking its residents to do some spring cleaning of their homes and properties with the annual "City Sweep." 

City officials say that not only does lawn and yard maintenance make Loves Park look nice, but also helps keep crime rates down.
