Actually I have had multiple situations where i dropped my 5s in water for about 1-2 seconds and the speaker was blown like yours, It may seem stupid but from about 4 situations i learned if you put the phone speaker up to your mouth you can literally suck the water clogging the sound blockage from the speakers and it will work perfectly.
