I know how it is with the work stress! We recently went through some changes too and it's tough, but it usually works itself out. I hope it gets better for you!!
Regarding summons... I feel your pain there too. I had 30 total summons and I was like meh - I'll pull on the 2x to get closer to pity (I was only about 60 in). On the second 10 pull I hit a leggo.... I now have A2 Zelus. I was looking at the 1+1 pulls in world chat and most of them were abysmal. Crach, Kria and Orim all over the place. I feel like that banner is only worth it if you have a very new account.

To be honest I'm starting to get very disillusioned with this game. The release of Ingrid and buffing of Praetus are things that I just can't overlook.
I keep waiting for them to buff the older heroes that were always useless or add useful epics but instead they're constantly introducing broken ancient exclusive lords. Not good for the longevity of this game unfortunately.

Seeing the guild chat did not prepare, omfg bro that's rough. If nothing else, a cautionary summoning. A different perspective: you're not working for the same company if the zeitgeist and management has changed. Like you're not driving the same car if somebody's replaced your 496 big block with a 3 cylinder rotary and your wipers don't work. I hope it gets better, but lots of companies do stupid things for attrition and to make staffing cuts easier

Got Abomination and Regulus 😢 in 120 pulls. Did another 10 to get the 7k points and got Khamet (A2 now) so I guess it's an ok session.

I hit the 1+1 on my last 10 pull and totally reset my pity for Orim and A2 Apsan. Ugh... But, I've been extremely lucky the last couple of weeks, so I can't be too upset about it. You win some, you lose some.
