Use powerful and precise words to describe your feelings in English with the right feelings and emotions vocabulary - whether you want to talk about feeling happy, sad, tired, confused, angry, or *having all the feels.*

You already know that increasing your English vocabulary makes it easier to express yourself naturally and with confidence...This lesson will help you take another step forward so you can confidently describe feelings in English.

For example, how do you feel about your new job? About your new house? About a new relationship? About an upcoming project deadline?

Or even responding to the common, “How are you?” question.

In today’s video, you’ll learn 23 feeling words in English including English collocations, idioms, and synonyms to talk about feelings in English including:

- blissfully happy
- to feel prickly
- about to explode
- to have a heavy heart
- to be puzzled

And so much more.

Also, in today’s lesson, I shared my recommendation to create an effective habit.

Ok so sometimes I'm really thrilled, blissfully happy, delighted, giddy or light hearted, but sometimes I'm feeling blue, bit down I have a heavy heart and when I'm angry I'm a little prickly like a cactus, and sometimes I'm worn down and out too and I'm feel like a hotmess or feel puzzled. But now I'm very grateful, thanks for the lesson

Hello Annemarie,
I'm delighted to meet you in the video every week. I have followed your classes since last September. I am really enjoying it and blissfully happy. Yesterday, at home, after I had an English show in front of my kids who were born in Canada, they clapped their hands. Before my kids said my English is "Garbage" .
Thank you very much!

You have a very neutral and wonderful accent. I wonder where it comes from. I used to live in Canada, now in California. I am impressed by your graceful way of teaching, first class. THANKS.

I think that today's lesson makes you feel thrilled.
I'm delighted that I had an opportunity to watch Speaking Confidence English videos and learn from them everyday.
I'm worn out after finishing this morning exercises. Oh man it was a hard one!
I had a mixed feelings about the ad, you can learn 1000 vocabulary words in one week. It makes me furious when someone try to deceive others.

Thanks Annemarie

Thank you so much for the amazing video! I’ve lived in the US for 4 years and found that small conversations are the most challenging for me (I’m a college student). I’ll keep watching your videos to learn how to communicate well with friends :)
