Ok hear me out: Imagine if in the dlc, if you got the frenzied flame ending, Melina awaits you at a certain place, like in the center of the destroyed erdtree, knowing you'd return or some other epic place, she is knelt with her back to you, clutching at Torrent's whistle ring...
-We put our trust in thee... Tarnished... granted you strenght... and this... this is how ye repay us... Now let me show you... who I really am... (as she turns around, the destined death effect appears around her and her model changes to her true form, the gloam eyed queen with an epic new design, her old self finaly returned, true wielder of Destined death)
