It doesn’t surprise me that they probably receive the Utility Patent. Which is probably where they spent and wasted most of their money. Mostly because they don’t need it... ‘ an oral device that is used to manipulate and redirect the flow of air’ designed for blowing out candles or something. Who else would design something like that? There is no competition. And a Design Patent would waste even more money, and again not needed. This is an overpriced bulky over engineered complicated solution to a problem that simply doesn’t exist. These are YOUR kids! What’s next plastic shaped lips so they don’t get germs when putting them to bed at night (kisses and hugs aren’t dangerous!). Pandemic or not. I think the idea is ludicrous. If you are that much of a scaredy-cat (or medically compromised)... don’t eat the cake. Or wipe of the icing. I’m amazed that they even received the orders that they did. This is not a problem that needed to be solved. It’s a novel idea, but not a good one. It was entertaining to watch though. Thanks for the video.
