I'm pretty sure it's effectively Slam Storage + SSJ
I have a theory why this works

I'm pretty sure I'm in the dash state while doing this so I'm pretty sure that's how this works because there seems to be a very short window of time at which you can do it and and also I appear to be sliding in the air while doing the thingy but I don't know
it could also only work on slopes
