And the Gaudreau brothers, killed by a drunk driver while riding their bikes, were in Jersey for their sister's wedding today. It is beyond heartbreaking.

I am seeing a lot of people around me not making it into their senior years or die shortly after entering in to it. I am constantly reminded that life is short and we need to live as each day is our life is the last. I put my faith in the Lord and live for him.

RIP to everyone who has passed on. Gone, but not forgotten. ⚘⚘⚘

R.I.P. to all we've lost this week.
As a landscaper, Roger Cook was my favorite on This Old House.
As an old school wrestling fan, Sid Vicious was extremely entertaining.
As for the Gaudreau brothers, it's very saddening that they lost their lives to a drunk driver, who was trying to pass another vehicle. I'm surprised how quickly the information was passed on here, as it was breaking news this morning ( I live in NJ )
And, again, thank you Legacy, for another tasteful obituary, read with dignity, as always.

Well I just got home from the hospital after having a collapsed lung on Sunday. Happy to still be here, and very grateful for the excellent care I received, despite having no insurance and no income. Good health to you all and bless all who mourn. *Take* *care* of yourselves, my friends. Let's hope we all meet again here next week. ❤

Roger Cook was a great asset to This Old House. I love that show! My thoughts are with his family, tv family and friends. Thank you Roger for sharing your landscaping knowledge and great spirit.

The Tragic Deaths of Johnny Gaudreau and his brother stunned me and then just broke my heart . Struck while riding their Bikes by an Intoxicated driver who has been arrested and charged with Vehicular Manslaughter while under the Influence of Alcohol over the Limit . Soo young and Johnny just became a father to a son in February . Really miss Valerie Harper and Laura Branigan whose music Insimply adored in the early 1980s . She died young also at 52. I’m nearly age 60 and was a Highschool Girl when her music was popular . Still love it on Spotify . ❤😊

RIP to Don Wert. Some of the best memories of my life are of the Tigers during mid to late 60's and early 70's watching the Tigers play at Tiger Stadium. He held down the hot corner.

Sycho Sid's feuds with Razor Ramon and Shawn Michaels were among my favorites from WWE in the mid 90's. Thank you for the memories, Sid. Rest in Peace.

The poor family of the hockey player losing both sons by an alleged drunk driver on the eve of their sisters wedding so sad.
