The Apartment is spacious, complete with furniture and appliances, AC’s, wifi, in a good and safe community, the big plus - transports is right in front of the Apartment. I think the monthly rent is very reasonable, nice catch.

Did Marcos previously live in that apartment? It looks very similar to a unit I saw in one of his videos a couple of years back.
Anyhow, the apartment looks like a great deal, and the awesome management by Warner makes it a much better deal. I hope there is a unit available when I arrive over there in 2024.
