I use one goose egg because 3 chicken eggs equals one goose egg; and my geese are laying like crazy. That being said, I love the breakfast burrito recipe you present. It makes a great supper burrito too.

Great tip on how to cook the rib eye in the air fryer. Will definitely try it. Also, after the heating up the stainless steel pan to high enough temperature, let your fat of choice sit in the pan for a couple of minutes to seal the pores of the stainless steel pan, before putting the eggs in. It makes it more slicker and won't have any of the eggs stick.

Thank you for the recipe and cooking tips! Six lamb loin chops in the air fryer for 12 minutes awaits me for breakfast. A ceramic pan does for eggs poached in ghee and a cast iron pan for beef steaks in dripping.
