I'm debating whether to purchase this in white or black. Can anyone comment about how much harder it is to keep the white looking nice long-term? I didn't know if a crew of nerite and mystery snails could keep it looking nice or if it's best to go with the black. Thank you.

Is the pump too strong to keep a betta fish? I keep seeing forums about people trying to slow down the water flow with 3D printed flow reducers but i wonder if its really necessary?

It took me a while to find the white 15g but it's finally on the way! Can't wait to set mine up.

I have a few questions, Fluval:
Why did they use the larger CO2 kit instead of the one you guys actually make for 15 gallon aquariums? Is it just because it lasts longer?
Will the lighting in the Flex 15G seriously be enough to grow those plants? I was thinking i'd have to find an additional panel for mine to get anything to happen.

I see there are now covers on the left hand side vents to stop fish and shrimps getting in. Are these obtainable separately, and in black? I’d like them for my 34L Flex.

Is it hard to vaccuum the gravel when needed? Or water changes good enough

The FLEX is a nice concept, but it just doesn't work. The rear section intended for a heater doesn't actually allow for heating of the main tank. I had my heater set to 28c, the main tank section only ever reached 24c! No wonder my fish weren't happy.... And don't even get me started on the filter section, due to gaps in the top and bottom of the pad section it sends a lot of waste straight though, blocking the pumps internals. Only good quality I've found is the remote control LEDs, which the above tank didn't have.... Not worth the money imo, which isn't implying all Fluval products are bad, as I use their internal/external filters and heaters with great results, just this tank not so much.

I see your using the CO2 from Fluval but where did you put de difuzer and the counter ??

I currently have the fluval flex 15g white, and was thinking about purchasing the fluval co2 20 for my a aquarium. Will it go through the back of my aquarium into my tank. Do you have to use that clear looking thing to inject the co2, if so where would I put it.
