What's needed is swift prosecution, conviction and incarceration of this man and everyone else who encouraged, aided or participated in the violent storming of the U.S. Capitol on January 6. These are the “slam dunk” cases that prosecutors like to pursue because it’s a WIN and the success of a prosecutor’s job is measured by convictions. These insurrection cases are going to skyrocket the prosecutor's successful conviction rate.
