What's needed is swift prosecution, conviction and incarceration of this man and everyone else who encouraged, aided or participated in the violent storming of the U.S. Capitol on January 6. It is critically important that the government sends a clear message, now, to any others contemplating violent overthrow of the Republic that it will not be tolerated.

Another *“insurrection tourist”* who documented, shared, and bragged about his crime on social media like he was at Disneyland have made the job of the FBI and federal prosecutors so easy. These are the “slam dunk” cases that prosecutors like to pursue because it’s a WIN and the success of a prosecutor’s job is measured by convictions. These insurrection cases are going to skyrocket the prosecutor's successful conviction rate.

Yay! Please keep sending in the tips to the FBI. The insurrectionists should turn themselves in. Stand in your sh##!

As a Southern woman I can honestly say if you searched for "White Southern Male Who Voted For tRump, " THIS would be the first result/image. I mean, look at the choice facial hair and beer gut over his belt? Ugh... I gotta move somewhere else for the part 2 of my life.

Lol....look at me everyone, that's right, I'm a traitor. It's one thing to be turned in by someone who sees you in a pic, but to be the one to post the pic for all your friends, family, work and neighbors to see, well that's outstanding. Your momma must be proud.

*We have a true 20+ year club winner here* 18 U.S.C. §1512(c)(2) 20 years, 1752(a)(1), (a)(2) can be 1 year or 10 years, 40 U.S.C. § 5104(e)(2)(D) 6 months, 5104(e)(2)(G) 6 months, 22 years total (I think) but could be 31, *longest penalty (starting point for concurrent sentences) 20 years.*

As usual, these guys are really "smart". Posting your crime on social media is an excellent way to avoid justice.

To Lee Gaglirtardi - part 5 my reply: please provide me with the section of the Constitution you are referring to. I'll give you time to find someone to help you read it.

To Lee Gaglirtardi - part 4 : My reply: Most humans are ok with rules. I understand why it's difficult for you.
Lawyers are a great answer to any problem. Typical amuricun. "Call a lawyer - you have a rule I don't like." Like I said - a fucking baby. You really need help. Or maybe just a diaper change.

To Lee Gaglirtardi - part 6 my reply: Interesting you tell me to leave. I just arrived back from living overseas for 20 years, and I've had enough of people like you. So, yes, I'm leaving again and am very much looking forward to that day. AND I am telling the absolute TRUTH - I am moving to a communist country. Ha ha ha. That said, you have likely never set foot in another country, let alone lived there.
