Workflow with La Marzocco Linea Mini and Mazzer Mini Electronic B

Long time no see! I thought it’d be nice to finally say hi with this little workflow video, show you what’s new and what we’re brewing! I absolutely love those new taller feet on the Linea. I hope you’re all doing well and please, be kind!

I find that with my current temperature setting this particular coffee tastes really nice with the following recipe:

Dose: 18 grams
Brew time: ~26 seconds
Brew weight: ~45 grams (although I really prefer to pull this one longer for espresso)
Temperature : 91.5 °C
Brew pressure : 9 bar

About the coffee :

Roast: Light-Medium
Origin: Costa Rica
Region: Central Valley
Farm: Las Lajas
Producer: Chacón Family
Varietal: Paraiso
Growing altitude: 1300-1500 Meters
Process: Black Honey
Flavour profile: A fruit bomb! Sweet, with notes of mango, passion fruit and a hint of dark chocolate
