I like this version a lot. The original has a melancholic feel, and watching a life go by and reminiscing. This one feels more like somebody who desperately wants and is fighting for a long and fulfilling life, while also being scared of what the passage of time can bring.

Or something like that. In my opinion.

The idea of an interpretation of a song changing based not on lyrics, but the music and tone, is really cool. IMHO.
