So much respect for his father. This talent would had never been found if his family didn’t support him like they did.

The interviewer, Bob Simon, was the perfect pick for this interview. He literally didn't know when a game of Chess was over and who won. LOL!

The word “genius” is tossed around a little too liberally sometimes, this guy is a genius.

In this video he is talking about the youngest Chess Master and Chess is different than playing checkers, Chess is a thinking game and here in NYC I have watched player's playing Chess on 42nd street and on 14th street, some of these player's are also betting on their games and the idea is to get your opponents into CHECK MATE, and my dad taught me the game, in as few moves as possible, and they are playing against time, because they have clocks. My brother played chess and he was very good and he also betted for money .

“It can be more brutal than boxing” said by someone who has probably never gotten a right hook to the jaw.

11:04 It was disappointing/unfair for the interviewer to ask Magnus if he was going to go crazy like Fisher. Going crazy also happens to those who are not genius.

This is fascinating. One of the most interesting facts of this report is that they found a McDonald’s with a working ice cream machine.
