Regular viper is faster than the acr in a straight line. Viper acr tops out around 180mph due to having around 2000 lbs of downforce. While the regular viper tops out 210+ mph.

It’s not power to weight, it’s DCT. Vipers are manual shifting. It loses ground with every shift to every powerful DCT car. Only the best Viper power shifters can hang with DCT equipped cars of its class.
