Read Graphs to Find Function Values, Domain, Range, x-values when f(x) is Given, X- and Y-Intercepts

Показать описание
The graph of two functions are examined to find the following: domain, range, function values, finding x given a value for f(x), x-intercept(s), and y-intercept. The domain of the function refers to the set of input values (or x-values) and the range is the set of output values (or y-values). Function values such as f(5) are found, which means to find the y-value of the point when x=5. Next the x-value(s) is found when the value of f(x) is known, which means to find the x-value of the point(s) when y=f(x). The x-intercept(s) are the points where the graph crosses the x-axis and the y-intercept is the point where the graph crosses the y-axis.
