Thank you again to the brands that helped me get these episodes together - FitAid and Whoop.

On the final day of WZA, I spent less time on the competition floor. Instead I headed over to meet with my friends at Battle Cancer and hit the "Grace Race," with my old friend and fellow cancer survivor - Mike Deboever.

I was blown away all weekend long by the professionalism and magnitude of Wodapalooza. It's clearly the sum of countless hours of hard work, an army of volunteers and the creativity of this beautiful community.

While this format isn't necessarily my 'perfect pitch,' I'll continue to seek ways to remain plugged in and find professional media opportunities whenever they present themselves.

From one survivor to another, thanx for sharing your story and for the good work you do, on this channel and with other survivors.I had prostate cancer in the 2010 to 2011 time span.Had it removed robotically, and been cancer free since then.Still competed in powerlifting, while I had it and for awhile after it.Stopped competing in 2016, after 36 years of competition.

Never knew about your diagnosis, my girlfriend's 10 year old was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma on September 1st 2018, I am happy to say he has beat Cancers a*@! And was cleared on December 2nd 2019. So it's awesome to see CrossFit and there contribution to cancer! Keep up the good work and for all going threw the battle! One day @ a time!

Way to keep up the awareness. I was following you when you had it and for whatever reason you were the spark to check myself out even though I knew I was supposed to. Found something out of the ordinary and went to the Dr and fortunately it wasn’t cancerous. Anticlimactic story but that same scenario repeated by a few hundred thousand people makes a big difference.

I’m also a survivor (prostate at 48). As far as I know, early detection = more successful outcome, and early detection comes with heightened awareness. You might be saving a lot of people a world of suffering by doing this.
