In this video, you will learn and understand how to RE-SCAN any model GOtv decoder so as to get back the missing channels.
We quite understand that there are some vulnerable channels that can disappear automatically from the GOtv list anytime there is a drop in strength of the signals due to shifting of the antenna position away from the highest signal reception point.

I have personally, being receiving calls from numeruous customers concerning the issue of disappearing of some of the volatile channels like ZEEWORLD, CNN, SS SELECTS,etc. from their channel lists and seek for my assistance.

Therefore, because of that, I decided to record this video on HOW TO RE-SCAN GOtv DECODERS to get back the missing channels.

STEPS TO FOLLOW
1. Press the GOtv GREEN BUTTON at the top left hand corner of the remote control (MENU BUTTON) --- OK ---
2. On the TV screen go to the ADVANCE OPTIONS press --- OK ---
3. You will see number one INSTALLATION press it --- OK ---
4 Now you will see AUTOMATIC SCAN at number two (2) press --- OK

After, this stage , the GOtv decoder will automatically start scanning so as to realize the dismissing channels.

This is the problem I'm having, some channels disappeared and I did Auto scan many many times and nothing changed, so few day ago I decided to do a reset, I followed an instruction and I did the reset, and after doing the reset it stuck at signal information view.. I can't go back to menu anymore and the signal quality is showing Locked!

Really stucked...
