On my new phantom 4, I am always getting an message compass error. Do you know how to fix this? I have recalibrate do the compass and imu and still no luck!

I'm wondering if you can tell me what those short horizontal dashes are running up the right side of the screen next to the camera settings? There's about 10 or so of them with a small circular dot on the top and bottom and the solid blue circle which moves up and down. Probably a dumb question, but I can't find the answer anywhere.
