you would need 2 tri-pods and it would be connect at each end

Instead of using a piece of plywood, or wafer board, I think a cheap cutting board from the "Dollar Store" would work just as well. Cut it to size or use as is. Not everyone has a scrap piece of wood like this laying around. I don't. You have a great build idea.

actually all you need is the movement speed you can do it with a skate and take out the shake with final cut or premiere and voila
