The animal (not any specific species) dogs, also known as the Canis lupus familiaris are performing inconspicious actions that can be taken as moral or even immoral, the questions of "What the dog doin?" is an incomplete masterpiece, we don't ever know what the "dog" is doing, leading to many questions and themes being presented as a result.

Themes of the question:

The Question "What the dog doing?" is incomplete and riddled with themes that deepen the meaning of the question itself.

Theme 1:

The theme of self acceptance is strong in the question "What the dog doing?", it tells us as an audience witnessing a masterpiece, to think, what is the dog doing? Perhaps the dog is accepting that it is not a human and is excluded from the group of men that are each picking their own mints to consume? The dog is the only living thing that the humans question. The humans are in specific, curious about the dog, the dog must learn to accept the fact that he/she will never be human and will never live a human life.

Theme 2: Loneliness

The dog represented in the video shows the theme of loneliness, there are many examples to this, like when he is suddenly pointed out as soon as he reaches for the mint, this is an act of discrimination that the dog had faced in the past. The dog is shown to be lonely, suddenly appearing after the mints are presented tells us as an audience that the animal seeks attention after all the loneliness it has suffered.
