Deadly flooding emergency in parts of the Northeast

Torrential rains inundated parts of the Northeast, especially Connecticut, where two people were killed in flooding. Officials and residents said they had never seen such intense rainfall. The flooding led to numerous water rescues. Parts of New York's Long Island were also hit by major flooding. NBC News' George Solis reports.
