We use Trigonometric Substitution applied to a Definite Integral :: sqrt(1-4x^2) from 1/4 to sqrt(3)/4.

We always choose what trig function to use based on the form of the radical. In this case we have number minus variable-squared so we use sin(theta).

As always, if you have questions or feedback let me know down in the comments!
