I'm sure the cbc has the budget to keep interpreters on full time and provide accurate CC for all videos, moving forward.

Thank you from Belize, Central America. This is a big help. I have seen another sign for quarantine. Small c handshake, palm toward center of body, sharp moving together. Have you seen this? I know my explanation is brief but thought I'd you saw it l, it would be enough.

Is the insert "Deaf ASL Interpreter" about Tim correct? If yes, can you please explain to me how a deaf person can interpret?

So, a quick observation from someone who only have a very cursory knowledge of ASL.

Some words are partially or fully spelt out.
Not sure if "symptomatic" is actually being said as a single "word", because it seems awfully long compared with the rest.
