Salvation is by grace through faith without works, Ephesians 2:8-9, faith in Christ's finished work on the cross, 1 Corinthians 15:1-4

"For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which ARE SAVED it is the power of God." 1 Cor 1:18

"Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you THE GOSPEL which I preached unto you, which also YE HAVE RECEIVED, and WHEREIN YE STAND;

2 BY WHICH ALSO YE ARE SAVED, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.

3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I ALSO RECEIVED, how that CHRIST DIED FOR OUR SINS according to the scriptures;

4 And that HE WAS BURIED, and that HE ROSE AGAIN the third day according to the scriptures:" 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 (KJV)

The message of the cross (1 Corinthians 15:1-4) is foolishness to those who perish because the gospel (1 Corinthians 15:1-4) is veiled to those who believe not that Jesus Christ is God who died for their sins by paying their sin debt with His blood on the cross, then was buried, and rose the third day. "And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission." -Hebrews 9:22 "Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation THROUGH FAITH IN HIS BLOOD, to declare HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS FOR THE REMISSION OF SINS that are past, through the forbearance of God;" -Romans 3:25 "In whom we have REDEMPTION THROUGH HIS BLOOD, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;" -Ephesians 1:7

But those who do believe the message of the cross, the gospel of our salvation to which YE HAVE RECEIVED, and WHEREIN YE STAND; BY WHICH ALSO YE ARE SAVED, have present tense, NOW RECEIVED THE ATONMENT for their sins and are in perfect standing with God and keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.

"And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have 👉NOW RECEIVED THE ATONMENT." Romans 5:11 (KJV)

"We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not." -1 John 5:18

Salvation is not of ourselves but a free gift to receive! For by grace through faith in the blood of Jesus the Christ who died for all our sins, past, present, and future sins, who was buried and rose the third day, is the only way of salvation, not of works...

"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that 👉NOT OF YOURSELVES: it is the 👉GIFT OF GOD:
9 NOT OF WORKS, lest any man should boast." Ephesians 2:8-9 (KJV)

Jesus Himself says that if you believe on Him you present tense already have everlasting life. Do you believe Him?
"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me 👉HATH everlasting life." -John 6:47

If you believe that Jesus is God in the likeness of a man and that HE paid the price for all of your sins with His blood by dyeing on the cross and was then buried, but rose the third day according to the scriptures, you have believed the message of the cross which is the gospel of our salvation and are now saved having everlasting life and sealed with His Spirit!

"In whom ye also TRUSTED, after that ye HEARD THE WORD OF TRUTH, the GOSPEL OF YOUR SALVATION: in whom also after that YE BELIEVED, ye were SEALED with that holy Spirit of promise, " Ephesians 1:13 (KJV)

Or maybe you haven't believed the gospel message of the cross and it is hid from you and you are lost, I pray not... If so, trust Jesus NOW, for today is the day of salvation!

"But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which BELIEVE NOT, lest THE LIGHT of the glorious GOSPEL OF CHRIST, who is the image of God, should shine unto them." 2 Corinthians 4:3-4 (KJV)

"For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified." 1 Corinthians 2:2 (KJV)

So we who are of Saving Faith and are present tense saved have the spirit of faith, not a spirit of works. Jesus does the works! And the spirit of faith speaks the gospel. (1 Corinthians 15:1-4)

"We having the same 👉SPIRIT OF FAITH, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;" -2 Corinthians 4:13

So now you have heard the message of the cross, the gospel of your salvation and if you believed this simple message of the cross without adding anything that you can do to it by receiving it as a free gift, you are now saved through hearing the gospel and believing it, by placing your faith in the blood of Jesus the Christ who died for your sins, was buried, and rose the third day, because FAITH COMETH BY HEARING, and HEARING BY THE WORD OF GOD.

"For the scripture saith, Whosoever BELIEVETH ON HIM shall not be ashamed.

12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.

13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?

15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, HOW BEAUTIFUL ARE THE FEET OF THEM THAT PREACH THE GOSPEL of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

16 But they have not all OBEYED THE GOSPEL. For Esaias saith, Lord, WHO HATH BELIEVED OUR REPORT?

17 So then FAITH COMETH BY HEARING, and HEARING BY THE WORD OF GOD." -Romans 10:11-17👑

He for sure teaches a works base salvation

It is important to put all salvation teaching into the context of what the scriptures teach and stay there. Ever wonder why there are so many different Christian churches today, yet there was only one church in the beginning?

The biblical doctrine of salvation was laid out very clearly in the book of Acts. Acts chapter 2 being the first recorded answer to the question asked of Peter by those who were pricked in their heart by his preaching.

They asked Peter "What shall we do?". Peter's response was "Repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost". Very simple. Peter went on to say "Save yourselves from this untoward generation". Save yourselves? Yes, by obedience to the gospel of repentance, baptism, and thereby receiving the promised Holy Ghost to those who repent and are baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for remission of sins.

We can't provide the sacrifice that Jesus did. Only He could do that. All we can do is believe and obey. That is to repent of our sins and get baptized in the "only name given among men whereby we must be saved." Acts 4:12 says "There is salvation in no one else! God has given no other name under heaven by which we must be saved."

Later in Acts, Paul was struck down by Jesus on the road to Damascus, and was told to go see a man who would tell him what he must do. Paul certainly already believed. He had just had a conversation with Jesus and was blinded, yet he was instructed of the Lord to go get instruction on what he must do. He was baptized for the remission of his sins, received the Holy Ghost, and proceeded to preach repentance and baptism in the name of Jesus Christ for all of the rest of the book of Acts.

Jesus said "He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved." There are many other references in scripture telling how and why the apostles baptized and instructed people to be saved. They must all be taken in context with one another, and not pulled out and considered by themselves.

Believing can mean simply "to acknowledge". James declared in 2:19 "You say you have faith because you believe in one God, good for you! Even demons believe that, and tremble in terror!"

In Acts 19, Paul talked to believers who had not heard of the Holy Ghost, and immediately asked them "How then were you baptized?", and then proceeded to baptize them in the name of Jesus Christ and they received the Holy Ghost. Clearly then, we do not receive the Holy Ghost just upon "believing". We must repent and obey the instructions on baptism.

Men will pull all kinds of scriptures out of context to try to negate or obscure the Apostles doctrine on repentance, baptism in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and receiving the Holy Ghost. Why would we not simply obey the words rather than argue with them? Don't be deceived.

Believing is faith in Christs redeeming power and sacrifice He made for all of us on the cross. No man could do that. What we CAN do is obey the Apostles instructions on how to apply it for our salvation. In the Old testament, it was the blood APPLIED to the door posts kept the death angel away from all who had applied it to their houses. 1Peter 3:20-21 compares Noah's being "saved by water" a "like figure" to the act of baptism and declares "baptism doth now also save us".

Context is everything. Verse to verse, book to book, old to new testament. Remember, the new testament or new covenant did not start until Pentecost. The contents of the 4 gospels are actually the fulfilling of the old testament prophecies concerning Jesus. The new covenant was not available till the blood was shed.

Thus Jesus instructed the disciples to go and wait for the promise of the Father, which was the outpouring of the Holy Ghost which had now been made available to man through the shedding of blood on the cross. The veil in the temple was ripped top to bottom when Jesus died, signifying that men could now have direct access into the Holy of Holies and Gods presence. Don't be fooled. Study. God bless.

We have 50% information about salvation. The other 50% is missing! Why? Jesus warned that he had important things to say but the disciples were not prepared! (John 16:12)

Here is truth about "assured salvation", a baptist staple. . .live each and every day as though you CAN lose your salvation- because you will not see heaven by being complacent.

If you had five minutes or less to explain God’s plan of salvation for mankind, with another person, where would you start and what books in the Bible would you quote and how would you summarize it all?

Why do you monetize your channel? I was an alchoholic, drink alchohol from the time i woke up until i passed out every day and it wasnt until Jesus Christ delivered me from that sin and when i clicked on your video there was a commercial ad for an alchoholic beverage called white claw it was a blue can and that was a temptation. I stay away from temptation as possible i cut off my arm & pluck out my eye but sadly that one was out of my control. And if i was new in my faith i would most likely give into that temptation like i used to but now i have the power through faith in Jesus Christ. Lastly not everyone has the power, there mite be a new christian fighting that temptation and may drink a little because of the temptation and may turn into full on sin which leads to death. Something to think about cause it mite be better to tie a millstone around your neck and jump in a deep sea.

You don't need Jesus to SAVE you. You can save yourself. For example, in the parable of the “TAX collector and Pharisee” in (Luke 18:9-14) the TAX collector’s sins were FORGIVEN, he was "justified" made righteous before God by his REPENTANCE only, without a drop of BLOOD offering in the Temple for his sins. This passage in Luke’s Gospel CONTRADICTS (Hebrews 9:22) mentions there is no forgiveness without the shedding of blood.
