Toss the wires or use them appropriately, besides being severely undersized they're aluminum. 2/0 pure copper wire is far more appropriate for a 2000 watt inverter. Your battery you tested with will not output even 100 amps, way underrated for the load of the inverter if pushed to its potential, potential being what is used in load calculations. I have this same inverter, and it ran a 1800 watt oven type air frier using a 300 AH Lifepo battery that incorporates a 200 amp BMS which is more suitable for 2000 watt load being applied. I only ran the battery down to about 20% capacity, but the inverter did hold the load for that duration.
Edit; I'm surprised your battery's BMS held as long as it did this the heat gun's load applied, a bit sketchy with the supplied inverter wires IMHO.
