I seen him at the whiskey before they even got signed and they were unknown playing in front of high-end people and record companies and they all turned them down, I told them all that they were stupid for turning this band down that they're going to be something one day, and look what happened they got signed by a label years ago and now they're one of the biggest bands in the world awesome to see them grow this big.

This first line hit hard when you're dealing with a narcissist parent it so sad and heart breaking nobody knows what the hell adult children go through dealing with . Gaslighting toxic people period but mostly in the black community its so stressful and they wonder why the adult children don't want nothing to do with the the end bye bye
