Got it! 😊 thank you! Thought of PTHrP paraneoplastic from squamous cell carcinoma (history of smoking). And thought hypercalcemia causes decreased phosphate levels. I must admit I was stuck between squamous and small cell because they are both “Central” lesions, totally forgot about the lambert Eaton and siadh both as answer choices so would have automatically eliminated small cell carcinoma. Thank you for this great explanation 😊
