I love how Taliesin went from a character who knows many types of people and was super well-traveled to a hermit who hasn’t had a real conversation in five years

Can I just say that I love how immersively Liam uses spellcasting materials? "I put the licorice root in my mouth and..." "I rub the oil between my fingers to..." etc. Most people just disregard it as "I have it in my inventory so I can just cast it", especially when the material is not consumed by the spell. He is just such a great roleplayer and actor on such a nuanced level.
