Can this mistake destroy or demage battery!? I mixed polarity 1-2 seconds, when i sow sparks i removed cables from battery fastly...

I just ordered this multi fuse after getting an R battery with posts on the opposite side. I hope this works. I’ll know tomorrow.

Had a similar issue with a kIA soul 2010 afterwards the car runs but every fuse in the box was toasted replaced those and most everything now works but abs light tpms light brake and battery light are on and AC come on but doesn't blow . Gonna start checking relays next I guess
