Ever since I remembered this very cartoon clip as I was a kid, I was curious what this was. Whether or not a demanding spoiled king would like it, I think it looks like something comforting to eat on a rainy weekend perhaps. Thanks

I was born into an Irish family. Our father had nicknames for all of us children, all based upon his early impressions of our personalities or our behaviors as toddlers. I both spoke and learned to walk unusually early. I was also hyperactive. I went from my first steps in life to running in the blink of an eye, he simply couldn't keep up with me or my penchant for being a talented escape artist whom he couldn't catch. He named me Hasenpfeffer, of all things for an Irishman. He said I was a quick as a rabbit but had stew for brains. I bore that nickname longer than any of those of my other siblings, well into my teens. I still think of him and his special affection for me every time I hear he word.
