Please, provide an extended "Notes" functionality in the CRM to include additional attributes apart from the note content and the title itself, and allow to mention colleagues, and add tags right in the notes. In addition to "mini-Cliq", please add "mini SalesIQ", so Sales could respond to inquiries without leaving the CRM.

I love the new unified UI. Are you planning to work on a unified portal for our customers, where they can access estimates/invoice from Books, Tickets from Desks, Projects overview and deliverables from Sprint/ Project? At the moment, it is still one portal per app.

Don’t buy, even tho it’s the best product but bad pricing strategy, looks low cost and affordable but the catch is you need to pay upfront for a year, with 15 employees that is 3.24 lac plus GST vs monthly plan that adds up to 4.5 lac plus GST per year.
