Missing sunroof has to be the best feature in Alcazar. Good job Hyundai.

Switching from Innova Crysta to Alcazar due to the diesel/ auto combo. Definitely not missing the sunroof & loving all the tech.

I am all for new-age diesels. In the last few years, people dumped diesel and moved to petrol, and I was one of them, but honestly, with the unnecessarily high petrol running cost, I am sure I will go back to diesel from my next car onwards.

Removing sunroof is a good decision but removing the spare wheel is not.

why cant they give 2.0L diesel engine which they already have in Tucson. People will go for XUV 700 insted of this.

Im a grown adult i do not care about the sunroof, i bought a spare wheel, this car is better than my skoda superb, fortuner, and compass. Genuinely happy with the purchase. Fun to drive, lots of tech and adas works amazing, best mileage for its use.

I however contemplate the longevity of the engine, a friend of mine sold his old gen alcazar at 150k due to multiple engine problems which the company was not able to resolve. Given this attitude of hyundai I wonder is it going to last 200-300k kms for the mile munchers. On the same hand, my toyota runs like new having completed 296k.

Got the prefacelift All Blacked Out Black Adventure EDITION Diesel at even after checking this facelift in real life,

No Sunroof No Deal for us (dont give a crap about its usability, but the luxury factor matters)
Got a hefty 1.5 lakh plus Discount
Got Cheaper than this about 2 lakhs adding spare rim and tyre cost
Love the engine power took around 11.75 secs in gps, 17.5-18.5 kmpl real life efficiency, fantastic midrange pull, no crappy ADAS to bother about (after taking test drive of new creta) loving every drive.🛐

It’s not how fast you go, but how strong you are when the road gets tough—just like diesel

Noone is looking for a sporty 7 seater and that also from Hyundai. But still the city efficiency is pretty low. Not sure why the efficiency is so low.

Does it need DP or any other blue separately

Good they didn't provide the sunroof, there actually no need of sunroof in India, but people like to pop up through sunroof can't help it

3:10 An adult can't sit like this even for a shorter distance. And kids alone wouldn't sit at the back with a sunroof extending up to the middle row (in petrol variants). This 3rd row seater is one disadvantage to Alcazar which is why people are moving to other brands 7 seaters.
