Hey Chris! - So hyped to see you getting a 585 man, I can't wait to see what you reckon to it!! :-) It's taken me a while to get around to this vid unfortunately, totally missed it! - Really genuinely pleased to see so many lovely options becoming available for people these days, and very fairly priced! 🙂
All the very best, and thanks for the kind shout-out buddy!!

I think there are so many ZWO cameras to choose from it can be quite intimidating. I’m currently using an ASI294MC and it’s doing a decent job on my C8 Evo and 0.7x reducer. DSO imaging is quite good.

The ASI432mm will be great for the planets with my C8 and a barlow. Thanks so much Chris for covering these new cameras. I'm not sure if you mentioned it, but I believe the 432 has a global shutter.

Those pixels up at 9microns are huge Chris, I guess on those big focal lengths could be very handy.

Hello, I have a question. I own a SkyWatcher 10" Dobsonian FlexTube with manual tracking and I'm considering purchasing the ZWO ASI 178MC for planetary and lunar imaging. Do you believe it's a good choice, or would you recommend the ZWO ASI 224MC instead?

Zwo needs to come up with a planetary camera that has a larger sensor chip with high fps. No one cares about amp glow with a planetary camera. The 462 is great but the chip is too small. Hard to keep the planet on target with a 2.5 X Barlow with a c9.25.

The 585 has a bigger sensor but lower fps. Any experience yet for planetary imaging?

It is very pity, we buy many cameras in the past only to find out that in few years only they are outdated and many are buying new cameras and even upgrade to new from their old, i have 4 old ZWO planetary cameras, which one i have to get rid of and which to keep, or if i can add only one from the new to the old collection then what that will be?!!! Thanks for your video
