Ever since the first one came out, my wife and I have been singing the ghost duet to each other. 6 years ago, my wife's father passed away suddenly and tragically. After hearing the news and driving 3 hours home in the middle of the week, exhausted and grieving, she got in the shower while I simply sat outside the door. And in the shower I could hear her softly singing the ghost duet, the little song bringing her some comfort on a very dark day.

As it happens, Louie posted the second ghost duet video that very night, and I was so, so relieved to show it to her and see that she could still smile. I emailed Louie that night, expressing my gratitude, and I even received a very sweet email back. I'll always be thankful for that.

This time of year is always a bit hard for us now, but we always have these groovy little ghosts to look forward to and sing along with. Louie, I know you probably won't make these ghost songs forever, but we will cherish each and every one of them.

This is my 3 year old daughter's favorite song! Whenever she asks to listen to music, we always put on this song first and she sings along with the ghosts. She loves the other ghost songs too, but this one? It's her FAVORITE favorite. Keep on keepin' on!!
